Apex Expands Esthetics Program with Advanced Skin Care Curriculum
Starting May 2026, our Esthetics program will include new modules on advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, and LED light therapy.

Apex Beauty Academy is excited to unveil a major expansion of our Esthetics program, effective May 2026. In response to growing industry demand and student feedback, we have partnered with leading skincare brands to introduce cutting-edge curriculum modules.
New Modules Include:
- Advanced Facial Techniques β microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and lymphatic drainage
- Chemical Peels β AHA, BHA, and enzyme peel applications and safety protocols
- LED Light Therapy β chromotherapy applications for acne, aging, and hyperpigmentation
- Medical Esthetics Prep β introduction to working alongside dermatologists and plastic surgeons
These additions bring our total esthetics curriculum to 1,500 hours, exceeding North Carolina state requirements and positioning our graduates for premium spa and medical aesthetics roles.
